India to Field Teams in All 16 Esports Nations Cup in Riyadh

NODWIN Gaming confirmed India will enter teams in all 16 Esports Nations Cup titles in Riyadh, including League of Legends; the event runs Nov. 2–29.

NODWIN Gaming, India’s national team partner for the Esports Nations Cup, confirmed the country will enter teams in all 16 tournament titles in Riyadh, including League of Legends. The ENC takes place Nov. 2–29.

The Esports Foundation named national managers and partners for the ENC in late March, with NODWIN announced as India’s partner. In an April 1 livestream NODWIN initially listed 11 titles India would contest: Dota 2, chess, PUBG Mobile, PUBG Battlegrounds, VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, EA Sports FC, Rainbow Six: Siege, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Honor of Kings and Apex Legends. NODWIN later confirmed India will field teams across the full roster of 16 disciplines and added League of Legends to the lineup.

Two separate organizations manage India’s international esports representation. The Esports Federation of India handles the Asian Games delegation and opened registrations this year for its National Esports Championship, the qualification pathway for the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya. NODWIN is responsible for Team India’s ENC program. The split in responsibilities contributed to earlier uncertainty about League of Legends participation at the ENC.

Other nations are taking different approaches to ENC and Asian Games selection. Indonesia’s national body manages teams for both events and will enter League of Legends at the ENC while opting out of the Asian Games. Thailand and Myanmar have chosen not to compete in the League of Legends bracket at the ENC.

NODWIN, based in Gurugram, will oversee team selection, coaching support and coordination with game publishers, clubs and other stakeholders for India’s ENC delegations. The company will also handle community outreach and player preparation across multiple titles ahead of the Riyadh competition.

The ENC League of Legends bracket will include several national delegations. South Korea, managed by KeSPA, is confirmed to participate, and a Chinese delegation composed of All Gamers, Anyone’s Legends, Bilibili Gaming and Trace Esports is expected to compete.

With League of Legends added, India will field teams across the tournament’s complete list of titles in Riyadh in November.
