ZywOo, donk, FlameZ Top CS2 Player Rankings Q1 2026

A Q1 2026 ranking lists Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut as the top CS2 player, followed by Danil “donk” Kryshkovets and Shahar “FlameZ” Shushan.

A quarterly ranking of Counter-Strike 2 players for January through March 2026 placed Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut first, Danil “donk” Kryshkovets second and Shahar “FlameZ” Shushan third. The assessment combined high-quality plays, prize money, viewership, individual awards and tournament placements to measure player impact during the quarter.

Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut is listed at No. 1 after posting the highest player rating among CS2 professionals in Q1 2026. ZywOo was named an Exceptionally Valuable Player at BLAST Open Spring 2026. He played for Team Vitality as the organization won three tournaments in the early part of the year and reached more finals, and Vitality surpassed $10 million in all-time Counter-Strike prize earnings as of April 24, 2026. Vitality is set to compete at upcoming events including the IEM Cologne Major 2026 and IEM Rio 2026.

Danil “donk” Kryshkovets is ranked second following strong performances for Team Spirit. The 19-year-old entry fragger earned EVP awards at BLAST Open Spring 2026 and IEM Kraków 2026 and helped Team Spirit finish third at IEM Kraków. Team Spirit qualified for multiple top events during the quarter but did not convert many appearances into tournament wins.

Shahar “FlameZ” Shushan is third after a run of high-impact showings with Team Vitality. The 22-year-old collected EVP honors at BLAST Open Spring 2026, PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 and IEM Kraków 2026. FlameZ ranked as Vitality’s second-highest rated player for the year through Q1. Vitality won PGL Cluj-Napoca in February 2026.

Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov is fourth after earning an EVP at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 while playing for Team Falcons. Falcons’ only major title to date was at PGL Bucharest 2025; the team has reached several grand finals without adding a second major since m0NESY joined. Dmitriy “Sh1ro” Sokolov is fifth following his role in Team Spirit’s early-season results, which included top-eight finishes at BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 and the ESL Pro League 23 Finals, plus an EVP recognition at IEM Kraków 2026.

The ranking is described as subjective and does not rely on a single statistical metric. It factors tournament results, individual awards such as EVP recognitions, viewership and broader player influence on team results during Q1 2026. Major events later in the year, including IEM Cologne Major 2026 and IEM Rio 2026, may affect these positions depending on player performances and team outcomes.
