Prev WhiteBIT completed its first Global Talent Program, selecting 11 from 700+ applicants after 42 hours of classes and final presentations, then issued job offers.

WhiteBIT has completed the first cohort of its Global Talent Program and issued job offers to 11 participants. More than 700 people applied, and those selected completed 42 hours of study across 14 classes before delivering final presentations.

According to the company, the classes combined instruction with practical tasks. Participants presented their work to internal experts and executives, who reviewed the results and then extended employment offers.

WhiteBIT describes the initiative as part of its internal Learning & Development ecosystem focused on training junior developers. The program paired mentorship with hands-on work on Web3 projects to prepare candidates for entry-level roles at the exchange.

The firm did not disclose the specific roles offered. It noted that the curriculum was built to develop skills relevant to product and engineering teams. The selection process involved application screening, structured training hours and a demo-style assessment at the end.

As reported previously, Volodymyr Nosov, the founder of WhiteBIT, acquired a stake in Spyker Cars, adding the 145-year-old Dutch automaker to the W Group portfolio.
