Vitality sweeps NAVI; BLAST Rivals Spring peaks at 820K
Team Vitality beat Natus Vincere 3-0 to win BLAST Rivals Spring 2026. The final peaked at about 820,105 concurrent viewers while total hours watched fell nearly 20% year-over-year.
Team Vitality defeated Natus Vincere 3-0 to claim the BLAST Rivals Spring 2026 title. The grand final drew the tournament’s largest live audience, peaking at about 820,105 concurrent viewers. Organizers reported the event generated over 10 million hours watched, down nearly 20% from the previous year.
The opening map of the final saw Natus Vincere race to an 11–0 lead, but they could not convert that advantage after the side swap. Vitality recovered momentum, won the first map after the turnaround and carried that control through the following maps to complete a series sweep.
Organizers said average and peak viewership declined across the event despite a stronger opening day than last year. Russian-language broadcasts experienced the largest drops: average viewership was down 14.7% and peak viewership fell 22.8%. The absence of Team Falcons and Team Spirit from the participant list was cited as a factor in lower numbers among Russian-speaking audiences.
With the BLAST Rivals Spring win, Vitality has taken five event titles so far in 2026. Natus Vincere’s loss extended a run without an official series victory over Vitality; their last such win occurred in the group stages of the IEM Rio Major 2022.
By peak concurrent viewers, BLAST Rivals Spring 2026 ranked among the top five Counter-Strike tournaments of 2026 so far and placed ninth when counting all BLAST events historically. IEM Kraków 2026 led 2026 tournaments with more than 1.3 million concurrent viewers, and BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 reached just above 1 million at its peak.
The next major event on the Counter-Strike calendar is PGL Astana 2026, scheduled for May 9–17 in Kazakhstan with a $800,000 prize pool and 16 teams. Confirmed participants include Team Falcons, FURIA, MOUZ and The MongolZ. Organizers and industry analysts plan to monitor match results and live audience figures at that event to compare formats and roster impacts on viewership.
