Masters London Trails Santiago in Viewers as Playoffs Start

Valorant Masters London’s Swiss Stage drew smaller live audiences than Masters Santiago. Peak Viewers and Average Viewers were about 15–20% lower at the same stage, while total Hours Watched rose 2.7%.

The decline in peak and average figures was visible across English, Portuguese, Japanese and Thai broadcasts. London’s opening stage featured more extended series and several 2:1 results, which lengthened several broadcasts and increased total watch time.

The most-watched match of the Swiss Stage was FUT Esports versus NRG on the final day, which peaked at 461,805 viewers. FUT appeared in three of the event’s five highest-peak matches during the Swiss rounds.

Leviatán produced steadier audience numbers and ranked among the leaders for average viewership. The team’s Brazilian core recorded a lower average audience in London than at Masters Santiago while posting improved peak figures.

On the competitive side, Team Vitality and Leviatán secured playoff berths first with clean 2:0 records. FUT Esports and XLG advanced via 2:1 results. NRG was eliminated after losses to Leviatán and FUT.

The playoffs begin June 12 when seeded teams enter the bracket. The first two upper-bracket matches are Paper Rex versus Leviatán and Team Heretics versus Team Vitality. On June 13 EDward Gaming faces FUT Esports and G2 Esports opens against XLG. The tournament then moves into single-elimination rounds.

London’s Swiss Stage combined lower average and peak metrics with a small rise in total engagement driven by longer matches and tighter series. With several larger fanbases returning for the playoffs, more viewership data will arrive as the event progresses.
