MLBB Super League Myanmar Season 3 posts lowest viewership
Season 3 peaked at 68,892 concurrent viewers and finished with under 2 million hours watched after early exits by Mythic Seal and J’Dai.
MLBB Super League Season 3 in Myanmar recorded its lowest audience totals to date, peaking at 68,892 concurrent viewers and finishing with fewer than 2 million hours watched. The season concluded on May 31 in Myanmar.
Tracking data show the peak of 68,892 occurred during a Group Stage match in Week 1, Day 3 between Yangon Galacticos and AI Esports. The Grand Final between Yangon Galacticos and Team 7 was the only other series to exceed 60,000 peak viewers. Only one other playoff match, the lower-bracket semifinal between Mythic Seal and Falcon Esports, ranked among the five most-viewed matches of the event.
Yangon Galacticos won the championship on May 31, defeating Team 7 4–2 to secure its second straight domestic title. The champion received $9,523 and qualified as Myanmar’s single representative for the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026. Team 7 finished as runner-up and received $4,761.
Two legacy sides exited before the later stages of the event. Mythic Seal was eliminated in the first round of the knockouts. AI Esports, which rebranded to J’Dai earlier in the season after a sponsorship change, failed to advance past the Last Chance stage. Those early exits coincided with lower engagement in match-by-match metrics across the season.
J’Dai remained among the most-watched teams, appearing in three of the five most-viewed matches despite its elimination. The presence of veteran laner Min ‘Dee’ Khaung, a two-time national champion who competed internationally with the former Burmese Ghouls roster, corresponded with higher peaks for the matches he played.
Organizers increased the Season 3 prize pool threefold compared with prior editions. Despite the larger prizes, total hours watched and peak-viewer figures for Season 3 were lower than in previous seasons.
Regional qualification slots for upcoming international events were determined by the tournament results. Further details on qualifying events and regional placements will be released ahead of the Mid Season Cup 2026.
