KOI’s Madrid hit peak viewers; Karmine Corp led averages
KOI’s Madrid Roadtrip peaked at 384,390 concurrent viewers during LEC Spring 2026; Karmine Corp averaged 232,449 viewers across the Group Stage.
Movistar KOI recorded the single highest viewership figure of LEC Spring 2026 when its Madrid Roadtrip match against Karmine Corp reached 384,390 concurrent viewers on May 8-10. Karmine Corp finished the Group Stage with the highest average live viewership, posting 232,449 average viewers across the stage.
The Madrid Roadtrip event ran May 8-10 and was promoted with creator appearances and an on-site festival setup. The event produced the top single-match audience of the Spring split and outpaced Karmine Corp’s French Roadtrip on most event-level metrics despite lasting for a shorter period.
Karmine Corp’s Roadtrip took place in Évry-Courcouronnes in late April. That event drew strong local attendance and consistent online viewership over multiple weeks. Across the Group Stage, only Karmine Corp and Movistar KOI surpassed 200,000 average viewers, with the gap between their averages remaining under 15,000 viewers.
Riot Games’ Roadtrips program delivered official league matches to regional venues. Both the Madrid and Évry-Courcouronnes stops were organized under that program and featured local promotion, live production and creator involvement. The Madrid weekend increased the season’s viewership even though playoff qualification had been decided before Week 7.
The Madrid event included public disagreements between Kamel “Kameto” Kebir and Ibai Llanos that resulted in cancellation of a planned creators’ showmatch. Organizers and teams used creator promotion, local marketing and live production to increase attendance and streaming for both Roadtrips.
KOI produced the spring’s largest single-match peak while Karmine Corp led average live audiences across the Group Stage. Reported figures for the Roadtrips and Group Stage viewership were provided by the league’s published event data and team reports.
