Karmine Corp vs Movistar KOI in LEC decider for MSI spot

Karmine Corp and Movistar KOI meet in the LEC lower-bracket final at 15:00 GMT on June 6 to decide Europe’s second qualifier for the Mid-Season Invitational 2026. The winner will face G2 Esports in the grand final at 15:00 GMT on June 7. G2 secured the first European MSI spot by reaching the grand final through the upper bracket and remains eligible for Esports World Cup 2026 qualification if they win the LEC title.

G2 defeated Karmine Corp 3-1 in the upper-bracket semifinal and beat Movistar KOI 3-2 in the upper final. Movistar reached the upper semifinal with a 3-0 win over Team Vitality before dropping to the lower bracket after its loss to G2.

Karmine moved into the lower bracket after losing to G2, eliminated Natus Vincere 3-1 in the lower quarterfinal and swept GIANTX 3-0 in the lower semifinal to set up the June 6 rematch with Movistar KOI.

The LEC Spring Main Stage began with 10 teams, with the top six advancing to a double-elimination playoff bracket. The format gives the upper-bracket finalist immediate qualification for MSI, while the lower-bracket route requires a final to determine Europe’s second representative.

The event has recorded more than 25 million Hours Watched and a peak concurrent audience of 458,900 viewers. The group-stage series between Karmine Corp and Movistar KOI reached a peak of 384,300 viewers. The upper-bracket final between G2 and Movistar produced the largest audience of the playoffs.

Remaining matches will stream on the league’s official channels and through community co-streams. The June 6 lower-bracket final will eliminate one team from MSI contention and send the winner to the LEC grand final against G2.
