Free Fire MAX India Cup Tops April Hindi Esports Viewership

Free Fire MAX India Cup 2026 Spring led Hindi-language esports viewership in April, peaking at 125,500 concurrent viewers during Round 8 when Team Hind won the title.

Free Fire MAX India Cup 2026 Spring was the most-watched esports event among Hindi-speaking audiences in April, reaching a peak of 125,500 concurrent viewers during Round 8 when Team Hind won the championship.

The tournament marked India’s return to international competition for the title and recorded the game’s highest domestic peak in four years, according to viewership data compiled for the month.

The second-most-watched event for Hindi audiences was Be Booyah! VN-SA-SEA Battlefield Season 3, which peaked at 26,800 viewers during Round 18 of the Play-off Stage when the Indian roster S8UL Elite finished second and qualified for the Grand Final.

The PUBG EMEA Championship: 2026 Spring ranked third among Hindi viewers, with a peak of 20,300 during Round 5 of Day 1 of Playoffs 1. S8UL’s Russian roster won that round and later advanced to the tournament finals, finishing fifth overall.

VCT 2026: Pacific Stage 1 reached a peak of 13,400 Hindi viewers during the match between Gen.G Esports and India-affiliated Global Esports. Global Esports won 2–0, ended the Group Stage with a 3–2 record and advanced to the Playoffs.

The inaugural ML Masters Series Season 1 recorded just over 9,000 peak Hindi viewers during a series between S8UL Esports and True Rippers. S8UL averaged about 25% more viewers than any other team in that event.

Mobile titles featured prominently across the top-ranked events. Titles that returned to international competition, including Free Fire and Battlegrounds Mobile India, appeared in the highest viewership figures. Local entries such as Moba Legends (the India version of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) also appeared in the competitive calendar during April.

An interactive map of audience milestones and major events is available that uses peak viewership as a reference point for tracking viewer totals and event timing.

Some titles remain restricted in India, including Arena of Valor; such titles could become eligible for competition in the country if they meet government requirements.
