Flutter to Leave London, Trade Only on NYSE as FLUT

Flutter will delist from the London Stock Exchange on July 31 and be exclusively listed on the New York Stock Exchange from Aug. 3, 2026 under the ticker FLUT.

Flutter Entertainment will end trading on the London Stock Exchange on July 31, 2026 and become exclusively listed on the New York Stock Exchange from 8 a.m. London time on Aug. 3, 2026. Ordinary shares will trade on the NYSE under the ticker FLUT.

The company said it reached the decision after reviewing trading activity and concluded that maintaining a dual listing did not serve shareholders’ interests. Flutter has asked the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of its ordinary shares on the Official List and requested that the LSE cancel admission of those shares to trading on its main market. The company added, “proceeding with the delisting was in the best interests of both Flutter and its shareholders.”

Management moved the group’s primary listing from London to New York in January 2024 while keeping a secondary listing on the LSE. During the first-quarter earnings call, executives said they would review the London listing as part of a simplification of the group’s structure.

Executives cited lower trading volumes on the London market compared with U.S. trading, and the ongoing costs and regulatory obligations of a dual listing, among the reasons for the change. The decision aligns Flutter with its largest growth market, the U.S., where FanDuel is the group’s market-share leader and its main growth driver.

Earlier this year the company announced leadership changes at FanDuel: CEO Amy Howe will step down and FanDuel President Christian Genetski is set to succeed her. In March, Flutter integrated PokerStars’ U.S. platform with FanDuel. The operator has also wound down recently launched products, including FanDuel Picks, and plans to close FanDuel TV by the end of 2027.

The company has carried out multiple rounds of layoffs over the past year; the most recent round affected hundreds of employees across departments.

Shareholders should note the timeline: July 31, 2026 is expected to be the final LSE trading day and the cancellation is intended to take effect at 8 a.m. London time on Aug. 3. After that time, trading and orders in Flutter’s ordinary shares will be routed to the NYSE under the FLUT ticker. The company did not announce any changes to its corporate governance or to other market listings beyond the LSE cancellation request.
