CS Asia Championships Peaks at 342,100 on Falcons-BC.Game

The CS Asia Championships 2026 reached a record peak of 342,100 concurrent viewers during Team Falcons’ opening-day win over BC.Game Esports.

The CS Asia Championships 2026 recorded a peak concurrent viewership of 342,100 during the opening-day match between Team Falcons and BC.Game Esports, the highest single-match audience in the tournament series. Team Falcons won the match and advanced to the next round.

Opening-day broadcasts generated more than 1.7 million hours watched, a 2.5-fold increase from the same stage of last year’s event. Organizers attributed the rise to a stronger team lineup and the marquee pairing of Oleksandr s1mple Kostyliev of Team Falcons and Nikola NiKo Kovač of BC.Game Esports.

Other opening-day results included TYLOO’s upset over MOUZ, B8 Esports defeating The MongolZ, and MIBR beating PARIVISION.

The match between Team Falcons and M80 went to overtime and reached a peak of more than 207,500 concurrent viewers. The MongolZ versus B8 Esports drew over 140,700 peak viewers as the teams competed for a playoff berth.

The MongolZ and PARIVISION entered the event with high global rankings but have shown inconsistent form in recent events, including PGL Astana 2026; those struggles were visible again on opening day.

The CS Asia Championships is the final event before the IEM Cologne Major 2026. The tournament advances three teams from each group to the playoffs: group winners earn a direct seed to the semifinals, while second- and third-place finishers move into the quarterfinals. Day two of the group stage will feature elimination matches as teams vie for remaining playoff spots.

Organizers reported that both peak and average viewership metrics rose compared with previous editions and published match-by-match numbers on the tournament coverage page for those tracking the event.
