The Q1 2026 ranking covers live viewership across tournaments and matches on all platforms for January–March. Alter Ego recorded 55.36 million hours watched, primarily from its run to the M7 World Championship final, where the Indonesian team advanced through the lower bracket before losing to Aurora Gaming PH. Aurora logged 33.54 million hours watched during the quarter.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang supplied five entries on the top-ten watch-time list. Malaysian Selangor Red Giants recorded 31.43 million hours watched. Team Liquid PH and ONIC Esports each posted between 27 million and 30 million hours. ONIC drew about 1.88 million average viewers across nine matches. RRQ Hoshi reached tenth place after playing two matches in MPL Indonesia Season 17.

The M7 World Championship became the most-watched mobile esports tournament in history during Q1, and every team on the top-ten table participated in M7.
