Alter Ego Tops Q1 2026 Most-Watched Esports List
Alter Ego led Q1 2026 esports viewership with 55.36 million hours watched. MLBB and CS2 accounted for most watch time, driven by the M7 World Championship.
The Q1 2026 ranking covers live viewership across tournaments and matches on all platforms for January–March. Alter Ego recorded 55.36 million hours watched, primarily from its run to the M7 World Championship final, where the Indonesian team advanced through the lower bracket before losing to Aurora Gaming PH. Aurora logged 33.54 million hours watched during the quarter.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang supplied five entries on the top-ten watch-time list. Malaysian Selangor Red Giants recorded 31.43 million hours watched. Team Liquid PH and ONIC Esports each posted between 27 million and 30 million hours. ONIC drew about 1.88 million average viewers across nine matches. RRQ Hoshi reached tenth place after playing two matches in MPL Indonesia Season 17.
Counter-Strike 2 provided four teams on the leaderboard. Brazilian FURIA played 25 matches in Q1 and totaled 29.54 million hours watched. Team Vitality had 23.53 million hours and captured several early-season titles. PARIVISION and Natus Vincere appeared on the list after heavy schedules of 27 and 23 matches, respectively, and consistent standings in Valve’s regional rankings.
G2 Esports was the only top-ten team outside MLBB and CS2, with 19.65 million hours watched across 20 matches. The European organization won the LEC 2026 Versus event and finished second at First Stand 2026.
The M7 World Championship became the most-watched mobile esports tournament in history during Q1, and every team on the top-ten table participated in M7. The reported totals reflect both tournament scheduling and the number of matches teams played; teams with longer runs or heavier event calendars accumulated higher hours watched.
