Blockchain Conference Brasil 2025 highlights payment infrastructure

Blockchain Conference Brasil returns to São Paulo November 28-29 with technical sessions on P2P stablecoin protocols, cross-border payment infrastructure, RWA tokenization tech, and blockchain-native banking architectures.
Blockchain Conference Brasil returns to São Paulo on November 28-29 with technical sessions on payment infrastructure, protocols, and blockchain-based financial systems.
The two-day conference at Expo Center Norte will host over 10,000 attendees and hundreds of speakers discussing technical infrastructure and security in Brazil’s crypto market.
LiberPay demonstrates P2P stablecoin protocol architecture
American fintech LiberPay has selected Blockchain Conference Brasil to launch its payment infrastructure in Brazil, including a peer-to-peer system built on dollar-pegged stablecoins.
Co-founder Tobias Kleitman will demonstrate the protocol and explain infrastructure choices behind Brazil’s rollout, citing the country’s “regulatory maturity and high adoption rate.
Building bridges between fiat rails and stablecoin protocols
Nildson Alves, Executive Director and co-founder of Onda Finance, will present on the technical architecture bridging traditional fiat payment systems with blockchain-based stablecoins.
The combination of blockchain and international payments is redefining how companies move money around the world. The future is digital, decentralized and connected,
Alves explained.
Onda Finance’s hybrid infrastructure connects legacy payment rails with blockchain protocols, enabling cross-border transfers without requiring full migration to decentralized systems.
Stablecoin infrastructure and protocol design
Raagulan Pathy, founder of KAST and former Circle executive in Asia, will present on stablecoin-backed banking infrastructure.
Before launching KAST, Pathy served as Vice President and CEO of Circle in Singapore, helping establish USDC infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. His technical background includes a decade at Zoom, Facebook and Amazon Web Services, where he built and scaled operations across Asian markets.
KAST’s architecture integrates all banking activities – receiving and sending fiat, saving, spending and investing – on blockchain through a unified application layer.
Guilherme Prado, Country Manager Brazil at Bitget Exchange, will discuss stablecoin adoption and protocol trends.
Bitcoin-backed token architecture and mining verification
Rafael Castaneda will explain how EverValue links mining output to token backing and stabilizes value.
Our model turns real, daily and verifiable mining into growing backing for the token. The Burn Vault Boost creates an additional layer that establishes a rising price floor very close to market value,
EverValue explained.
The architecture allows investors to track the Bitcoin price floor approaching their purchase price over time, with any value above representing mining-backed profit.
RWA tokenization infrastructure and regulated trading systems
Bruno Winik, co-founder and CSO of eNor Securities – Latin America’s largest RWA brokerage – will discuss technical infrastructure for regulated tokenized asset trading.
The former mechatronics engineer structured eNor’s regulated operations and now oversees systems that have achieved 100x trading volume growth and 15x investor base expansion in 10 months. His session will address the compliance infrastructure, custody architecture, and trading system design supporting regulated tokenized asset markets.
Alternative banking infrastructure and payment system integration
Rocelo Lopes, a blockchain pioneer since 2013, will join sessions on blockchain-based alternatives to traditional banking.
The way we deal with money is changing. Today it is possible to operate outside the traditional banking system without losing access to payments, Pix and essential services,
Lopes explained.
His presentations will cover the technical integration points allowing blockchain-native systems to interface with legacy payment infrastructure like Brazil’s Pix instant payment system.
Regional infrastructure and partnership frameworks
Carolina Mozer, Growth Director Brazil at TradingView, will address TradingView’s technical integration and partnerships in Latin America. TradingView’s infrastructure serves exchanges, fintechs and financial institutions, requiring deep technical integration with regional market data systems and trading platforms.
Thiago Sarandy, Head of Regulatory and Legal Affairs at Binance for Brazil and El Salvador, brings technical compliance expertise as a qualified lawyer and blockchain specialist from MIT with over 13 years in financial markets. His session will address the regulatory infrastructure and compliance frameworks shaping protocol design and exchange architecture in Brazil.
Web3 marketing technology and token launch infrastructure
CriptoBR Agency will present technical infrastructure for Web3 marketing and token launches.
