In addition, as part of a separate offering, we aim to leverage the ‘small offering exemption’ of the European prospectus directive, which allows investors from multiple member states within the European Economic Area to participate. Only accredited US investors will be able to participate in our STO under Rule 506(c) of regulation D. Our objective for this round is to raise a maximum of EUR 5 Million. |

During the registration process, you will go through a short KYC process to ensure eligible participation. After registering you will receive several emails with more information about the STO. When the sale starts you will receive instructions for logging into your investor dashboard and purchasing BPS. You can then purchase BPS with EUR, USD, BTC and ETH. |
